CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied directly toward your total service balance. We do not work over foreign sets (work completed by other artists). If you currently have extensions from another technician, please book a Lash Removal along with your desired Full Set. Accommodations outside of standard availability may be arranged upon request, subject to schedule availability. Squeeze-in appointments incur an additional $30 fit-in fee. Same-Day Cancellations / Rescheduling will result in 100% of the service total charged to the card on file. Cancellations or reschedules made with at least 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 60% of the service total charged to the card on file. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior communication will result in a 100% charge of the service total to the card on file. No-shows may lead to permanent restriction from booking future appointments online.Rescheduling same day cancellations will result in 100% of your service being charged to card on file. 24-hour cancellations or reschedules will result in 50% of your service being charged to your card on file.
